At 19yrs of Experience, I have been on the Architect track across roles like Software Architect, Senior Software Architect, Principal Architect for the last about 10yrs. Also for the last 10 years, I have mostly been part of the organizational leadership, which also includes roles like Head of Product Engineering, Senior Product Development Manager (Strategic R & D) and Java Practice Leader. In all, at this juncture, I am a hard-core technologist who is a Hands-On Principal Architect and an Engineering Leader. I consider my base education, executive education, experience, skills, achievements to be very well-suited for roles like Principal Architect, Director/Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering or Chief Technology Officer. I am aged 42 Years, resident of the Silicon Valley of India, Bengaluru. Even though I am a Hindu Kshatriya Punjabi, all my life has been spent in the southern part of India, specifically at Kochi (Kerala) & Bengaluru (Karnataka). I take pride to call myself a 'Bengalurean', having spent about ~25 years of my life here.

I completed my Xth and XIIth (Computer Science) from the Naval Public School, Kochi, Kerala [1997 and 1999 - CBSE, New Delhi]. I had secured Rank #3194 (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in the Kerala Common Entrance Examination (CEE). I chose to move to Bengaluru to pursue my graduation. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science & Engineering*) from Sri Revana Siddeshwara Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, Karnataka [2003 - VTU, Belgaum]. I also have completed my Minimalist M.Tech (Executive Programme in Data Engineering*/Data Mining & Analytics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2016 - IIT Roorkee). I also have completed a Minimalist M.B.A (Executive Certificate Programme in Product Startup*/Entrepreneurship) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur (2017 - IIM Kashipur)

In October, with 19 years (including internship) of progressive work experience, I seek the position of a Hands-On Principal Software Architect or Director/Head of Engineering. I am also open for CTO or VP/Engineering positions. I am interested only in Full-Time Permanent Positions in Bengaluru. I have held the designations/roles, across organizations, of Architect, Senior Java/Java EE Architect, Principal Architect, Senior Product Development Manager, Head of Product Engineering, Java Practice Leader for the last ~10 years. I am a Java/Java EE/Microservices Expert who can manage/lead agile team sizes of more than 20+ Engineers. I have the drive to deliver game winning market products from scratch and in creating/mentoring/directing/leading highly skilled teams to achieve this goal. I am adept at Rapid Prototyping, PoC, Research, Strategic Development, New Technology Evaluation, Digital Transformation, Modernization - Especially using Java/Java EE/Microservices. I am also very well experienced in Performance, Stability and Scalability of Java/Java EE products. It includes JVM/GC Tuning, Database Tuning, Memory Leaks, Connections Leaks, Caching, Logging, Static Code Analysis, Clean Code Principles, Debugging and Code/Design/Architecture Reviews.

I am a Product Development Specialist and have worked across domains like Logistics/SCM, CRM, Banking, Workflow, Data Center Automation, Banking, Insurance, CLM and Transportation/Travel.
